By issuing the executive regulations of Law No. (21) of 1369 FDP regarding the practice of economic activities, amended by Law No. (1) of 1372 FDP, noting that the Professional Work Company for Petroleum Services is registered in all official authorities and fulfills all procedures for practicing activity in Libya under No. ( 40521), and Commercial Registration No. (53129).
